Who are Partners in Advanced Cardiac Evaluation?

We are a group of cardiologists offering expert care in cardiovascular disease including general cardiology, atherosclerotic heart disease, heart failure, valvular heart disease, electrophysiology, women’s heart health, primary and secondary preventive cardiac care and cardiac imaging. We strive to provide comprehensive cardiac care to all of our patients. We encourage an open flow of communication and support to all our referring physicians with timely feedback to questions raised. We understand that treating your patients is a privilege and take great interest in ensuring that attentive and compassionate care is provided.

What services does PACE provide?

We provide full expert cardiovascular consultative services including same day consultations for urgent referrals. We provide all non-invasive cardiac testing including electrocardiography, echocardiography, stress echocardiography, holter monitoring and event loop recorders. We also provide nuclear cardiac testing as well as vascular ultrasound. PACE is affiliated with Southlake Regional Health Centre, a Canadian & World leader in cardiovascular health. PACE is affiliated with SRHC, a Canadian and World leader in cardiovascular care and Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre in Barrie, a growing regional centre that provides advanced cardiovascular care in partnership with Southlake. This allows us access to timely invasive cardiac testing and treatment, including streamlined access to diagnostic angiography, angioplasty, EP testing, cardiac ablation, device placement and excellent cardiac surgical care if necessary.

Who will provide services?

All PACE services are provided by licensed cardiologists, registered nurses, and skilled and trained technicians. Our group of specialists are highly active in research and development, with extensive experience with Canadian, American and world “firsts”.

How do I make a referral?

We are accepting referrals for immediate appointments and diagnostic study. Referrals can be made via phone 905-953-7917 or fax at 905–953–0046 . Please call us to set up your personal and confidential Services and report retrieval access. We welcome your inquiries.
