Dr. Jeremy I. Cohen, BASc, MD, FRCPC, FACC, is a staff cardiologist at Southlake Regional Health Centre and Southlake Heart Function Clinic. He specializes in general adult cardiology. He has additional expertise and interest in the management of critically ill patients in the cardiac care unit and in the optimal delivery of advanced cardiac critical care.

Dr. Cohen received a bachelor of applied science in biomedical engineering in 2004 and his medical degree in 2008, both from the University of Toronto. He completed his internal medicine residency in 2011 and his cardiology fellowship in 2014 at McMaster University.

He subsequently completed a 1-year critical care fellowship at the University of Toronto in 2015. Dr. Cohen is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada in both internal medicine and cardiology. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

He holds additional certification in both echocardiography and nuclear cardiology by the National Board of Echocardiography and the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology respectively.
