Lower your risk — stronger heart, healthier future.
High cholesterol, high blood pressure, and excess weight are leading drivers of heart attack, stroke, and other vascular complications. But these risks can be managed.
Our Cardiac Risk Reduction Clinic offers nurse practitioner–led, evidence-based care for both primary and secondary prevention. We provide expert assessment, personalized treatment, and ongoing support to help you protect your heart health — all covered by OHIP.

Health Info & Tips
Silent risk factors like cholesterol, blood pressure, and excess weight often go unnoticed until a major event occurs.

- Have conditions such as diabetes, kidney disease, obesity, or metabolic syndrome
- Want proactive, preventative care to protect long-term health
- Comprehensive cardiovascular risk assessment (lipids, blood pressure, metabolic profile)
- Personalized treatment plans with the latest medications, nutrition, and exercise strategies
- Advanced therapies for patients who don’t respond to standard medications
- Medically supervised weight-loss programs
- Education and coaching to help you make lasting, heart-healthy changes
Our clinic works hand-in-hand with my-view.ca virtual wellness programs, which include:
