Dr. Kokab Awan completed his Internal Medicine residency at Queen's University, his Cardiology Fellowship at the University of Saskatchewan, and his Interventional Cardiology training at Western University. He is currently a community cardiologist at PACE Cardiology and an Adjunct Professor of Medicine at Western University.

He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and a candidate for the Master of Science in Healthcare Quality and Safety at Harvard University. He has a special clinical interest in complex coronary artery disease and the primary prevention of cardiovascular disease.

Dr. Awan also volunteers regularly at a community hospital abroad, reflecting his deep commitment to accessible healthcare. Outside of medicine, he enjoys fishing, travelling, and reading.
