MyVIEW Mindfulness
This new program brings mindfulness and heart health together – recognizing that mental and physical health are closely connected. Mindfulness methods bridge physical and mental health by positively harnessing the Brain-Heart-Body connection.
Mindfulness helps us establish physical calm, re-connect with the present moment, and step outside our habitual ways of thinking and feeling.

Our brain, body, and heart communicate as a whole. The result is that our thoughts, emotions, and reactions to stress not only affect us psychologically, but physically as well. Mindfulness helps us to:
- Harness the brain-body-heart inter-connections for better physical and psychological health
- Re-connect with the present moment and spend less time unhelpfully dwell on the past or worry about the future
- Approach our experiences, thoughts, and emotions in a fresh way, with greater presence and relaxation.
This program offers group training on mindfulness and mindfulness meditation over 8 weekly sessions of 60-90 minutes in duration. Over the course of this training, you will:
- Learn about mindfulness and the mind-body-heart connection
- Practice instructor-led mindfulness meditations during group classes and at home
- Explore mindful living and share experiences on mindfulness and living mindfully
The MyVIEW Mindfulness group training is delivered through NexJ connected wellness, and the mindfulness sessions are offered via Zoom.
Participants will need to download Zoom and use the instructor-provided link to attend weekly classes. Zoom software is available for desktop, tablets, and smartphones.

To ensure privacy and security, we request participants to only use their own personal devices and private internet connections to access Zoom and attend group meetings. In addition, please only use the instructor-provided link to attend group meetings at set class times.
